CHRIST IS PROMISED - 



THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.' ( JEREMIAH 23:6 KJV)

" Behold the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto

  David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper,

  and shall execute judgement and justice in the earth.

  In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely:

  and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR 

  RIGHTEOUSNESS."( JEREMIAH 23: 5-6 KJV)

  " But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness

  are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our 

  iniquities like the wind, have taken us away. 

  And there is none that calleth upon thy name, that stirreth up

  himself to take hold of thee; for thou hast hid thy face from us,

  and hast consumed us, because of our iniquities."(ISAIAH 64: 6-7

  KJV).

  " I will go in the strength of the Lord God: I will make mention

  of thy righteousness, even of thine only O God, thou hast taught

  me from my youth: and hitherto have I declared thy wondrous works.

  Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, forsake me not; until

  I have shewed thy strength unto this generation, and thy powers to

  everyone that is to come. 

  Thy righteousness also, O God, is very high, who hast done great 

  things: O God, Who is like unto thee! ( PSALM 71:16-19 KJV).

  " I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my

  God; for he hath clothed me with the garment of Salvation, he hath

  covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh

  himself with ornaments, and as a bride adordeth herself with her 

  jewels.

  For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth 

  the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord God will 

  cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the 

  nations." ( ISAIAH 61: 10-11 KJV)

  " But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, 

  and put on him, and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:

  And bring forth hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat

  and be merry." (LUKE 15: 22-24 KJV).

  " And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the

  voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying

  Alleluia; for the LORD God Omnipotent reigneth.

  Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage

  of the Lamb is come, and his wife has made herself ready.

  And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean

  and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. 

  And he said unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the

  marriage supper of the Lamb. And he said unto me, These are the true

  sayings of God.

  And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou

  do it not: I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren that have the

  testimony of Jesus: Worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the

  spirit of prophesy." ( REVELATION 19: 6-10 KJV)

  " But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.

  Yes doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the exellency of the

  knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord; for whom I have suffered the loss

  of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ.

  And be found in him not having my own righteousness, which is of the

  law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness

  which is of God by faith:

  That I may know him, and the power of his ressurrection, and the

  fellowship of his suffering, being made conformable unto his death."

  ( PHILLIPPIANS 3: 7-10 KJV).
